Arabian Ranches 3 handover dates, cluster by cluster

Short answer

As of October 2026, 12 of AR3’s 16 clusters are handed over: Sun, Joy, Spring, Ruba, Bliss, Bliss 2, Raya, June, June 2, Caya, Elie Saab 1 and Elie Saab 2. Anya and Anya 2 are not yet handed over; Property Finder’s Anya project page lists a Q4 2026 delivery date. May’s handover is still to be confirmed, and for Caya II, ask Mohamed. No single official source publishes exact handover dates for every cluster, so this page lists only what can be checked.
