Which Arabian Ranches 3 cluster is best for families?
Short answer
There is no single best cluster: it depends on how many bedrooms you need, whether you want to move in now and your budget. Per Emaar, every townhouse cluster offers 3 and 4 bedrooms, and 5 bedrooms are found only in the villa clusters (June, June 2, Caya, Caya II and the two Elie Saab clusters). If you want to move in now, choose a handed-over cluster: Anya and Anya 2 are not yet handed over, and May’s handover is still to be confirmed. Emaar describes Arabian Ranches III as a gated community with five entry points and play areas for children.
