In the 12 months to 30 September 2026, 243 completed homes resold in Arabian Ranches 3 at a median of AED 3,775,000, or AED 1,828 per square foot, 6% lower than a year earlier. Raya was the busiest cluster in the last 90 days, with 23 of the 70 completed-home sales. Emaar’s Arabian Ranches III page shows no new project; Anya, Anya 2 and May are the clusters still to hand over.
